a well-maintained hotel with qualified employees who gave me a warm smile when i arrived and very professional service. large and brand-new rooms with good views. honestly no complains at all.

The breakfast had a good variety of food that was appetizing for everyone. the room was spacious with accommodation for an extra bed, and included breakfast and safety features like smoke detectors. the hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming.

The rooms were large and included cable channels, coffee/tea making facilities, and a writing table etc. We got a bathtub too. Good location close to underground was a plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home in this foreign city. They were patient and went above and beyond to solve any problems I had, even helping me with a tech issue on my phone. The location was great, being close to the metro station and providing easy access to transportation. The breakfast selection was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

I stayed at Sheraton for a short business trip and found it to be a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and subway station. I especially appreciated the staff's effort in accommodating my request for a smoke-free room away from the nearby nightclub. a great stay.

The afternoon tea for two was the best I've ever seen, with delicious snacks and fine desserts. The staff, Donna Zhang, Joe, and Bill Su, were warm. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a great location and helpful staff throughout.

During my recent stay at Sheraton Chengdu, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location near Tian Fu Square and the subway. The hotel lobby had various shops, including a tea shop and tailor shop, adding to the overall convenience. The staff members were polite and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail, such as having the air conditioner opened in advance and providing cultural welcome amenities, stood out as a mark of excellent service. The housekeeping staff was quick to bring water, and the turn down service made me feel like I was back at home. The 30th-floor room offered a good view, and the restaurants on the 2nd floor provided valuable food and service. I had a very good experience during my stay at Sheraton Chengdu.

Spent Thanksgiving at this hotel and it was a great stay! The breakfast was amazing, had a variety of options to choose from and the coffee was top-notch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Also, the hotel had a wonderful gym and spa which made our stay more relaxing.

The only downside was that the room was a bit small for our liking and the walls were a bit thin, so we were able to hear some noise from the adjacent rooms. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't really affect our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! the exclusive amenities were on point from the relaxing spa to the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the massage and beauty treatments were top, notch, leaving us feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus and the bar lounge area was the perfect spot for a nightcap. the room advantages were fantastic including the comfortable beds and in, room breakfast.

The only minor issue we had was with the service. Although the staff was friendly, the check, in process was slow and took longer than expected.
